I went to camp for 3 days 2 nights at HIHS(6th Jan-8th Jan)...so I just wanna say I'm sorry to whoever sms me on those days cos I didnt reply whoever you are.
Ok....
On 6th Jan,I've get to know many new friends.(WOOHOO!w8,4gotten to mention which class i'm from...ok,i'm from 1Respect)On this very day, we played the amazing HI race and we got the night walk...
Let me describe the HI race...We were settled down in the hall for more info abt the race.Then, we were split into 2grps in our class,the odd register numbers will be called Major A while the evens were Major B.(And again I'm register number 1.Yipee=.=)After tat, we got our first clue to our first station(btw,this game is played outside the sch,in the Hougang area)Our first clue is a pic of a skeleton and a arrow pointing at the hips bone,and there was a piece of alphabet inside(the alphabet is for at the end of the game,after we finished all the task at the stations,and we have to arrange all the alphabets to form some sort of word)Straight away,the boys strted shouting:"Oh, its HIPS!(Holy Innocents Pri Sch)I know where is the place,everyone follow me!"So all the girls were like every blur(becos guys nvr discuss) while the guys walk off and the girls just following wherever the guys went.When we reach the first station,(its a long way there)we had to perform a cheer first before we can carry out the task/game.The task/game was everyone has to form a circle and strt grabbing hands frm someone tat are not beside them.(mixture of boys and girls)And after everyone grabs someone's hand,we've gotta try to untangle our hands free without letting go of our hands.During the game,our grp sort of cheated when the PSLs(Peers Support Leaders)did not see...so in the end we ended up with two circles,guys one cirlce and girls one circle.Then when the PSL saw this they asked us what happened and the guys said that we just any-o-how twist and turn,then we just ended up like that.after we finish our first task,its time for another cheer for the PSLs(cheer must be loud and clear in order to get the nxt clue to our nxt station)
Blah...Blah...Blahhh....This continues until the 10th station(i think) were completed.The game that i like most in the HI race is the passing of rubber bands with straw.We sort of cheated tat too.Durin tat game I keep laughing and laughing(haha)I laughed when I gotta use my straw to hook the ruber band from someone's straw cos our face were like quite close to each other.Oh ya, there's once when we dash across the street when the green man's yet not flash.
Well,we only got abt 4hrs 20mins to complete everything.When times almost up,we walked back to HIHS and the guys strt taking out ll the alphabets.But b4 they took it all out,I told the PSL Jasmine:"I guess the alphbets form the words 'HIHS FAMILY'."Guess what,I guessed it correctly and some of my frens were clapping for me(so embarassing)Btw there's HI cash inside too,(paper money)tats for the 2nd day where there's an auction and we can use the HI money to bid for the items but we dont know what is tat item,we only know the price.Oh ya,we completed the race but did not manage to reach HI in time and we got a total of around $2800.(WOOHOO)
Now let me describe the night walk....
The night walk was after we dinner.We assembledat a place somewhr near the field after dinner and the time was abt 7.30pmThe sky was still quite bright.Over there we were told to go in pairs so we gotta find a partner.There were 3 classes over there. Then the PSLs will call one partner frm each class to walk around the sch but b4 tat they must know which route to take and which colour lightstick to follow.For our class we took Route B and we have to follow the green lightsticks.I partner Huien.We were the last few to walk the night walk.While we were w8ing for our turn, the PSLs/PCs(planning commitee) told us ghost stor abt our sch.(I dun wan to mention which story they told us.)We were already very scared when we heared screams coming frm the ppl who jus went up/down to their route yet the PSLs/PCs still tell us ghost stry.T.Tsobs...When its our turn,my heart was pounding real fast and i was really scared,damn scared.When we were gona go up the stairs,I suddenly stop and told Isabel(cheers OIC)that i'm scared so she accompanied us up the stairs,up the stairs ONLY!!!She said she only can accompany us till here and we are on our own now.But I said I dunwan and I'm vry scared...so she went down and asked a guy up to accompany us...so i held on to Huien's hand and tat guy's hand tightly,VERY tight.Idk who's the guy cos i wasn't looking at him,the only thing i was looking at was the floor(I was either lookin at the floor or shutting my eyes)Then in front of the staircase, there was a wall,and when we walk towards the wall,a girl with long hair,wearing a white long dress made of white plastic crept out frm behind the wall,and both Huien and I screamed(AHHHHHHHHHH!!!)That girl is a real person.Everone was real,its just tat some were wearing costumes and make-ups tat made them look like real ghost.Well, i only saw that girl creeping out behind of the wall while,the others,I look on the ground.But halfway through the night walk,Huien bent down and said that she cant breathe and strted to cry.(well,she strted crying earlier)Then I dont know what happen to her so did tat guy.(the place where she stopped,had many PCs there standing.)When she said she cant breathe,the guy picked her up and sent her to a room whr other ppl were sick,not feeling well,etc.And then the guy asked me to lend him a hand so I had to put Huien's arm around my neck and carry her to the room...(It was hard to walk with her armsaround my neck like this.)but i dun mind cos i dun hav to continue the night walk(yay!)Then i stayed with her in tat rm.(The room was very clean and comfortable so i dun mind stayin there to accompany her.There's also some so called entertainers there ,Galvin(first-aider),HuiBing(first-aider)....& mre.Over there,Hui Bing asked every sec1 there 1 silly question,she asked us wether Melvin Tan is handsome,my ans was ok ok.(but when i look once mre,he's quite handsome)Hui Bing said tat he is vry gd in every subject except for chinese and he is the camp chief and blah blah(4gotten) to make us change our minds. We stayed there till supper time.LOL i had fun in tat rm.Lastly,I wanna thank tat guy for accompany us through the night walk although we didnt complete it.Oh ya,ppl were told to do missions too during the night walk,like my class,some guys washed their face with wax(i think)in the toilet, where its all so dark and spooky.
Well,all the meal s there were canteen food,so nothing special abt the food.

The station games is almost like the HI race except tat we were told where to go and we have to go accordingly.the game tat i enjoyed most was the one where we had to crawl under the tables with our eyes blind-folded,and we had to find our way out of the maze under the table.I felt sponges,starch,cloth...under the table.They said tat there were some real dead cockroaches under the table,but idk wether its true.anyway i didnt feel anything crunchy. Before i crawl in,the SM(Daryl Song)sprayed water and throw powder/starch all over my bodyT.T My whole body was wet and starch was all over me from head to toes.Although I'm all dirty all over,its still very fun(:
Going once!Going Twice!SOLD!!!Auction time!Rmb the HI money tat i mentioned earlier.We bidded for the first item and we won the bid!It was 100 points for our class(the higher the points a class gets,they will win the best class 2010 award...)We oso bidded for another item(but idk what's the placing of the item,like first item 2nd item...) and we won the bid once mre.The item was lightsticks(WOOHOO!)4gotten to mention how much we got altogether,we got 3200+ HI dollars.After bidding the 2 items we left 1800 HI money.Many grps got toilet rolls/tissue packets and they bidded high price for that.The sad thing was that we didnt bid on sweet drinks,cookies,mashmallows,stuff that is edible and drinkable(Haix anyway we have no idea wad the items were.)After the auction they told us everyone the class' points and we werecurrently leading with a number of 930 points!(Yipee)But not to 4get tat the campfire performance oso help to add points.The theme of the performance is on ADVERTISEMENT and we have to come out on our own cheer.We only get to rehearse on the campfire day,well we did not really rehearse we just plan out and tell every1 how the plan goes and we only get to rehearse in our mind.
Campfire!The principal was the one tat strted to lit the campfire up, frm the 2nd/3rd storey.Although the principal(Ms Soh) made so many attempts,she still manage to lit it up in the end.(WOOHOO)

We had our campfire somewhr near the field.The campfire was like so cool,musics were played and every1 got ligthsticks,so the night was like hining with lightsticks,diff colours of lightsticks and every1(except sec1) was so damn HIGH!Jumping around shouting here and there!!!Then we sang this song,

Then after all the sec1 performance,we had surprise performances by PSLs,PCs and SMs!!!Their performances were so damn nice and cool!!!I REALLY REALLY love the campfire there,my p5 campfire sucks like hell lor.

Day 3,
Its the last day of the camp and we get to go back at 12noon.B4 tat we had area cleaning.We had to clean our classroom, with rags but those who dun have rags dun nid to clean the classrooms(so gd sia),they just have to sweep the floor but in the im the one sweeping the floor.I oso have to clean the windows and the tables but b4 tat we arrange the tables and chairs first.The cloth that i brought was so new and clean but after i'd clean the tables and windows,my cloth turn BLACK!My cloth was actually checkered white and blue.Then after cleaning the classroom,we gotta clean the toilet T.T....So i brought my cloth along again.Girls washed the girls' toilet while the guys washed the boys' toilet.Well, washing the toilet as a grp is not as bad as u think its actually quite FUN!!!B4 entering the toilet,we gotta take off our shoes and place them somewhr.When i step into the toilet it was quite dry but after tat we gotta wet the floor and pour some soap onto the floor.1 of my frens accidently drop the cup of soap and it spilt some on the floor and the walls,so we gotta to do extra work thanks to her(:We were all doin diff things in the toilet.Some were filling up the pill with water(tats for mopping the floor)some used the mop(2 mops only)some used their own rags to mop the floor(i'm not so stupid so i did not use my cloth rag as a mop,so i did other things,like acting busy(:(:(:After tat is prize presentation/affirmation.The best female camper of 2010 is tat stupid ah lian from 1 faith,duno how she won.Her speech was:"Eh...Thank you everyone,thank you all PSLs,PCs,SMs....blah blah blah"Feel like punchig her face.The sch says only can wear black accessories but all her accessories are white in colour,rubber band white,clips white...the teachers,everyone are so blind...And for the best male camper of 2010,I don't give a damn.One more stupid thing,the best class reward of 2010 is 1 faith again...bleh :P spit saliva*They got 288 points while we got only 264+ points.B4 the campfire we got 930 points but after the campfire we only got 264+points.Idk y is there a big gap diff of points between now and then on the 3rd day.Why was there such a big reduction in our points,its like after the campfire,we loss 130+ points.(WTH)1 Faith teacher bribe them or wad...So MAD & ANGRY....
